You want to start slowly, prove you’re able to do the exercises and then gradually increase the length and intensity of your program to keep it challenging.

According to most research, it takes 21 days of doing an action for it to become a habit. This is where it’s particularly important to have set a reasonable goal, because you should try to do it 21 days in a row.
